    To be completed by my 1 yr. CF anniversary (~mid Sep)
    1. Deadlift 2x my weight
    2. Clean/Jerk 225#
    3. Score 300 in FGB w/ Rx #
    4. Do 30 kipping pullups
    5. L-sit for 30 seconds

    1. Deadlift 2x my bodyweight Dec 31, 2009
    2. Handstand for 1 minute by July 1, 2009
    3. Eat more vegetables than fruit
    4. Run Bolder Boulder under 50 minutes
    5. Have a picturesque front squat by May 31, 2009
